1. Phone connects to adapter, but CarPlay won’t start:
1.1) Adapter light keeps flashing; car screen shows “Connecting” → Enable CarPlay in phone settings, unplug and reinsert adapter, then retry.
1.2) Check for other devices using the WiFi channel (e.g., dashcam) and turn them off if needed.
1.3) If you’ve used other adapters before, forget them in your phone’s Bluetooth list.

2.2) If no Bluetooth signal is found, try another USB port and reconnect.
3. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, customer service will arrange a refund.
Disconnection?
1. Prolonged use of the adapter may cause slight heating, which can affect signal transmission.
→ Keep the car’s air conditioning on to help reduce such issues.
2. Nearby electronic devices, metal objects, and areas with weak signals such as tunnels or remote regions can cause unstable data transmission.
→ Avoid connecting in environments with heavy interference or weak signals.
3. If the signal remains unstable, try switching the WiFi band:
3.1) Connect to the product WiFi (password: 88888888)
3.2) Enter 192.168.5.1 in your browser
3.3) Click **AP Band** and switch to band 149.
4. If the issue persists after troubleshooting, we will arrange a refund for you — no need to worry.

Why The indicator light of the wireless CarPlay adapter is still on after the car is turned off?
Some cars won't cut off all power immediately when they are turned off. It may take about one minute for the power to be completely cut off.The standby power consumption of the device is extremely low, so there's no need to worry about draining or damaging the car battery.
